Abrar Sianipar is a photographer interested in still photography (photographe de plateau), visual and contemporary arts. His work combines various mediums, such as photography and text. He graduated from the Performing Arts Department, Université de Picardie Jules Verne (2019-2023). In 2020, he joined Bœuf Film – an audiovisual association, based in Amiens, France, working in short-films, documentaries, and audiovisual services – as a member. His artistic practice addresses pressing sociological issues by adopting an investigative artistic method of individual and collective memory constitutes the main part of his field research, the hypotheses being (re)constructed at the rhythm of the collection and of the questions that it raises.
